Crediting problem

Hi,
I'm in the midst of a trade involving OGF (first time with this network) Passport to Fun credited right away for 1/2 credit but GameFly still hasn't credited for the other 1/2

I know I deleted cookies etc. before I did the offer and I did receive confirmation from them that my signup went through. Are they just slow in crediting even though it says "Instant" ? (I know that doesn't always mean immediately) Since we can't submit manual credit requests anymore is there any other action I can take to try and get my credit for this offer?

I have done that offer before and it does take a while to credit. I had already replaced the offer and gone green when it had credited. I suggest wait it out.
