Old manual credits? Before the new rules?

I've been waiting over 6 weeks on a manual credit request for The Bob Greene Diet. I asked this question a week ago on a support ticket but Bonnie said you hadn't heard yet.

Can anyone tell me if old credit requests are going to be honored? If not, please post this information as soon as you do know.

The old requests are still in with the publishers so those may actually still credit, however the best you can do is wait.
