Good luck with that. A few suggestions
1. No ref links in the forums. Period.
2. Try posting this in the trade forum, since that's where people are looking to do sites.
3. You might want to offer more money, since most people pay out about $20/ref for that site. Sorry to say, you probably won't get many people to green for you if you are only paying $2.
