What is your email? You should have been paid. Are you sure you put in your PayPal email in a support ticket?

Yes I have send my paypal ID in support ticket ,and even got replied of done.
And my custom order has already been approved ,for 2 completed referrals.

Oh, your account is a no credit card account. All users with No Credit Card orders will be paid monthly on the 15th. The fraud is way too high to pay out early.
