i've had 2 referrals tell me they both did offers and are still waiting for credit .. i submitted a support ticket, but that was no help ... has there been a problem lately

There hasn't been any problems with crediting. If an offer doesn't credit, a user must submit a support ticket with the confirmation email with Full Headers so thet we can process this request.
What's your email ID used ?
