Manual account activation for my referral?

My referral is trying to get his account activated, but is not receiving the email=. He has opened a support ticket, but I figured I would ask you here just in case. His email adress he signed up with is email=justin4money@yahoo.comjustin4money@yahoo.com. He has opened a support ticket, but I figured I would ask you here just in case. I wonder how can he submit a support ticket when his account has not even been activated yet roll or maybe you meant "you" submitted a support ticket ?

A user cannot login till the time they activate their account. It is not possible to submit a support ticket without activating the account.

If they didn't get the email, all they have to do is contact us via any of the following methods

AIM Support
e Mails
Support Tickets
Contact Us Form

I did activate their account now but whenever there is a case like this, the user should email.

hmm....are you going to solve this problem soon? all my refs have problems as either they don'T receive emails (yes, the DO check spam) or the link to activate isn't working

We are considering removing the eMail activation.

We removed the e Mail activation system on 15th May '07.
