Why the low grade for us?

I do not see why our site went down. We have incredibly fast shipping, support, and good crediting. Could someone please tell us why our site went down and why it went down so low?

I agree, this site has the best support, COT is always online, they answer support tickets every day and payment are extremely fast (most of the time they are instant payments)

who are the elders? other site owners or FIPG admin? i was always curious how the sites were scored....

I've got to say, I think COT is good. You gave me a manual credit yourself after waiting so long for the site to respond. You're gold in my book.

Yes behind a shed would be good. Will someone tell us how the sites are rated? You never see anything but good feedback for cot. I think it should be a vote from the users ie me.

The CoE are a hand-picked selection of members, and are sworn to secrecy. ;) They remain anonymous so as not to be subjected to harassment or otherwise bothered by site owners or others who might disagree with their ratings or otherwise try to influence the ratings.

There are some plans in place to alter how site ratings are weighted, which will probably result in sites being rated as N/R (not rated) until at least X number of people have rated them, so as not to have just one or two raters completely skew a site rating. This has drawbacks as well, but this isn't a perfect science nor is it intended to be a an accurate statistical exercise. It's merely a yardstick by which to compare sites based upon the opinions of a trusted few. Attempting to include the masses in the CoE would be difficult to manage, however we are discussing plans to expand the CoE to a wider membership.

Just a thougt there has been alot of down time. (growing pains) Do you think maybe this is the reason for the low score. I cant think of anything eales.

Just to further expand on David's comments. We ask that COE voters only vote on sites that they've completed. Previously, you were being ranked by only one member, thus your high ranking. Additional COE members have since voted on your site.

But why would they vote negatively?

i would have to guess maybe its because of ur nocc site iv done the offers and i never get credited i wait awhile i contacted ur support threw ur ticket system and ur instant credit never credits me and i clear the cookies and take all the steps just to make sure you get the lead i dont mind doing offers as long as i get creditted and thats the problem with some people they are drawn away only cause they never get the instant credit...i use internet explorer clear out everything i can clear out and use all real information and still never get the credit so maybe thats why you got a low score just my two cents ..if someone could prefect the nocc needed site then that would be awesome i understand it means less money for you but then just bump up the offers you have to do instead of the refs

If you are connecting with AOL, it doesn't matter what you use as a browser, you are still connected through AOL. CustomOrderThis and many of the other networks specifically forbid AOL in their TOS because AOL uses a Proxy.
