Lost my green?

Ok i signed up for this site as a referal for riverswork16 on February 27. He said he'd pay on approval and i was fine with that. I went green on march 1. However recently there was a problem with the site and it was closed for a bit.

Now the site is back up but i cant log in. It doesnt recognize me as a user. I already went green 2 weeks ago and he knows this but now im not even showing up as having signed up for the site!

So i decided to re-register and complain and now after i sign up i get this message

I seem to have lost all of my referrals too.

There was an issue with the transfer where we lost everything from Feb 20th-on. We are trying to fix this ASAP.

Do we sound worried????

ahhhh, yes.... I've lost my access as well.

( darn I lost a green.....and a referral....now what dang.....all these problems......they should give out a free green or something.....having made all these people wait.... (

I signed up under riverswork16 earlier this month and have been green for a while - he just told me tonight that I'm no longer signed up under him. I tried to log in and cannot - the site says it doesn't recognize me as a user! Therefore, I can't get in to file a support ticket. I lido notli want to lose my green as I already did several offers!!

Hopefully this will be fixed soon?

I'm getting that error too for points.cot and I signed up in january. I had a manual credit request that should have been replied to by the advertiser now and I would have been able to get some paypal money. I'll contact support later on this issue.

CustomOrderThis When do you think you may have this fixed , or can you fix It? most of the time when all Info. Is lost there Is no way to recover It, am I Right?

I'm sure he has a backup, I wouldn't worry.

To the threadstarter, you should not have created a new account. Now you risk being put on hold for multiple accounts.

I agree with mnx12 - opening a new account was a mistake. You should send a PM to CustomOrderThis ASAP and explain the situation. He should be able to remove the 2nd account. If you bring it to his attention and explain it should not be a problem - if he comes across it on his own it may look like you are trying to fraud the site.

Will still look like two account for the same person. It shouldn't be a problem if you let them know, I just wouldn't ignore it.
