I get the same thing. I was able to check my status at about 1230 central, and now the server forbidden message.

Just to clarify for those who might not know, that is an HTTP (web) error and is not an indication of your own account not having access. It means they have a hosting configuration issue or some such server problem.

As the other thread states, they were having hosting issues. A lot of people lost referrals and what not, but they said they are working on getting it all back.
