We are about to change nameservers once HostGator contacts us. After that it takes 24-72 hours they said.

it is again...and its 2-3 days later and nothing..sites still down..... (
I have install this script, so it shows a message like you got, CustomOrderThis.

Yeah...you're going to need PEAR installed, as well as PHP.ini editing/access and also the allowance of the use of ionCube.

No, I would not attempt to start over. When everything is back up and running, I'm sure that they will be able to sort it all out. If you make a new account, you will be breaking the TOS by having multiple accounts and risk having your real account put on hold.
I am frustrated too by the network being down, but I think we just need to be patient a little longer. There are other sites to work in the meantime.
