I know that COT ships out on the 1st and 15th. i already had one cot site approved last week so that was the paypal i was expecting today. I started giftcards.cot 4 days ago but needed one more ref last night (1/31) I did not get the green until early this am(2/1). I sent for approval mid afternoon(2/1) and when i checked at 530 this evening, both paypals were already in account! Did not expect to receive other payment today, thought I was going to have to wait until 15th. THANKS SO MUCH COT!!! Great site!!!
