I submitted a manual credit request over a week ago and i still have not heard back yet. Anyone got any ideas?????

If you submitted it correctly (full headers) it can take up to 30 days.

Every manual has either been sent out yesterday or is going out today to the appropriate publisher. Two of my reps were or are on vacation so a lot got delayed for a few days.
You can always open a support ticket and will gladly check up on it.
