No confirmation email

When I completed an offer, I did not receive a confirmation email. At the end of the offer, I got a reciept with an order number on it. What can I do to get manual credit?

Sometimes a confirmation email can take up to 24-48 hours to receive. When did you do the offer?

A week or 2 ago.

Call and ask the company if they send a confirmation email and if they do ask them to resend it.

I've had to do this once, and they nicely sent me my confirmation email.

Yup, and I've also had them say they dont' send them. And then I opened a support ticket and found out that you need like username password name when you signed up and stuff.

Yep, i've had one place say they don't send confirmation emails.

I did the Bubba Sparxxx GGW video thing oops because I did most of the other offers before. Does anyone know if they send a confirmation email for it? Otherwise I'll just email them asking about it.

I dunno about that one but I do know that cinema talent doesnt' send a confirmation email.

I sent in a support ticket, and it's all fixed now!

Cinema talent does but seems like sometimes they forget a customer or two (.

Oh. . . I talked to Dave about it after doing the offer on 123stuffforfree and he said that Cinema Talent doesn't send confirmation emails and I got credit with my username and password.

I did the Girls Gone Wild offers too... and they say they credit instantly-- is this true? What's the crediting habit on these?

This one has been hit or miss lately (. Send in support ticket with order or confirmation # and will get it credited.

I need to get into contact with them for an order number, as my "not so smartness" for today was forgetting to save the confirmation page as there is no e-mail to be had. Also, there's a charge to my card but it's not shown. But thank you, I am already in process of doing such. -)
