just came across this site, veetle.com
it's for people who want to watch tv (mostly sports) that are not broadcast in your area. i used it a lot last year during the football season.

i'm watching the cleveland/new york baseball game (i'm getting colorado/los angeles on my fox channel). the quality is awesome and there isn't much of a delay.
