I keep getting this pop up

Nothing happens if I right or left mouse click on it anywhere. I have to alt f4 to make it go away. I have no idea what program makes it come up. i have run adaware to try and get rid of it. It comes up about 15 min after I close it. Any ideas?

Start-run-MSCONFIG - goto startup tab and see if you see something funky in there

Also run Malware Bytes Anti Malware

It might be some kinda of schedualed task too
