in order to answer this question, you need more details.
For example
what page are trying to click a link on?
how long are you waiting?
what web browser are you using?
have you checked your router?
have you checked your ethernet cable?
have you checked your area for outages?
how long have you been having this problem?
etc.

If you use Firefox, there's a macro plugin called iMacros. Not sure if it does what you're trying to do though.
