Set a time frame until testing [perhaps 1 month] and glance over the areas you know and the ones you're fuzzy on and use software practice tests.
On the night before the exam, do a light cram (don't overdo it).
You should be able to pass your A+ and Net+ on the first try if you have basic prerequisite experience with computers & networking, and can properly follow the instruction of your testing materials.
Best of luck on your next test. I have a feeling you'll pass with flying colors.

I hope so, 16 points is only like 5-6 questions, so I am going to do some review before the test and re-read the net+ book
