I seem to be banned at home, but not at work?

I guess the subject says it all. I'm on ADSL PPPoE, and I'm guessing I got an IP address from my ISP that was previously banned. Can anyone here "un-ban" my IP address? I've tried power cycling my modem, and I seem to get the same IP address. I'll try it again later when I get home. Any other suggestions? TIA.
