Anyone know of a good bandwidth monitor that goes in the system tray, and has blinky dooey things like the windows network icon...because in Vista it doesn't seem to blink at the right times when downloading or uploading...sending or receiving. I like seeing lights go on in the tray when my network is receiving or sending data.

I know ZoneAlarm and Sygate Firewall have that, but I don't want to install Zonealarm and Sygate does't work with Vista, lol.

Thanks.

I use bandwidth monitor pro. I've not tested in Vista, probably because I'll never run Vista. But it works like a charm in XP.

a program called NetLimiter is useful for monitoring (and of course limiting) your internet speed.

Thanks Fugger. Does it sit in the tray where I can see lights that show if something is incoming or outgoing?

Like in Zonealarm where it shows green lights/bars for incoming, and red for outgoing.

Be careful with that. It can get you banned in certain P2P situations.
