lol, when you use minutes they know about it, not only is it stored on your phone, but that data is also sent to your service provider's database things or however they store their information. If you were able to hide it, then everyone would be getting free minutes forever, lol.

Um, does the return policy say you weren't allowed to use the phone at all?

what kind of return policy only allows 15 minutes of testing? Every authorized verizon retailer in my area gives you a 15 day unconditional trial period for all verizon products. I would double check on that.

I know my provdier can see my minutes. But I don't think the store will as they look in the phone not their system to see the phones use. It says on the bottem of the invoice 7 days or 15 minutes a little lame I've had it for 2 days and simply don't like it. If I can't reset it I'll just become a bitchy customer and get it done that way!

Thats crap I would take it back and test that, say the 15 minutes was testing time. What if it kept dialingout by accident (non flip phones) and or you kept getting dropped calls, thats just BS.
