I sold my iRiver h320 back in may or june, and I think it's time for me to get another player finally. I was considering an iPod, does anyone recommend it or recommend any other players? Preferably a fairly small/light-weight physical size. Size I'm thinking probably at least 4GB. I just want some suggestions. Thanks!

If you don't care about having a name brand "ipod" then you can just go to walmart or best buy and get an off brand one.

I have a zune but I think it's bigger than what you are wanting. It's not huge, but it is a good size.

my friend has/had (got stolen) a zune. a little too big for my likings. and no, the name iPod isn't too important. I was only considering one because of it's interface. Any more suggestions?

I have a Sandisk Sansa e250. It's 2Gb plays video, radio, records voice, and shows pictures and movies. You can pick up the e260 which is 4Gb for like $129.99 on newegg I think. It's pretty small but still comes with the huge plus of taking micro SD cards for expanding the memory up to 8Gb.

Personally I consider an iPod the only choice for me. Ever since my first one, I've not looked back. Between myself, the wife, and youngest daughter, we've had 5 iPods -- there just is no substitute in my opinion. P

That said, if an iPod was not an option for some reason, I'd consider something from the Creative Zen product line.
