i will be calling dell later but i am attempting to work thru this on my own b4 they tell me to format my HD
anyway, i have been getting a blue screen of death since friday.
it is a problem in the iastor.sys for sure.

what it boils down to is that i have to update the intel matrix storage drives and software. the problem is that I cannot do this in windows b/c it will not boot into windows. the second problem is that i cannot figure out how to boot so that I can install from the f6 installation. i can boot to the boot disk but cannot figure out anything else. i cannot boot and reinstall the raid drivers. anyone know how to do this. +k to follow )
