Help, I cant run internet explorer

I dont know what to do, Im running windows XP SP2 Had IE going fine for awhile, then randomly stopped working, then upgraded to the new IE, still nothing, unistalled em, Reinstalled a IE from oldversions.com, No dice, just wondering what to do.

(when I say stopped working, IE loads but its just a blank page, wont let me go to a website, if i type in google.com i just stay at that white page)
