How to get header info to send to sites for confermation?

I have outlook express.
Does anyone know how to get the Header info to send to site owners to prove you signed up at a site?
I hate instant offers that don't credit instantly.

All you have to do is right click on the email, and go to properties. Then go ot the Details tab on top. Now you can copy/paste to get the header info.
