I need a program that will convert videos to a really good quality audio. Also, I need it to be able to choose a start and end point for each one.
Any sound capturing program that can output to OGG, FLAC or any other lossless codec should do the job.
If you're not that much of an audiophile, just get one that outputs to MP3 and set the bitrate high.

you could use any recording software as well. when ever i capture the audio from movies or other video's i use a program called cool edit pro, which is the pre program to adobe audition (adobe bought out cool edit and changed it.) those programs are out there but are a little expensive. yet, adobe audition is the second top professional recording software out next to pro tools. pm me if you have any questions.
