I need some help picking one of these. Any recommendations?
More importantly, I need it to record gameplay as well as TV, but I don't want to have to play my games on my laptop screen. My TV has A/V output, and I was wondering if I could use the A/V output to connect to the capture card. If I did this, would I be able to watch TV/play games on my HDTV while recording onto my laptop? I'm also wondering if my A/V output displays whatever is on the screen and how it would output high definition through the A/V output.
