The icons on my menu bar, to the right of the start menu and on the far right of the screen, how do I make them grow up?

I'm not sure if this works, but try right clicking taskbar > properties > "start menu" tab > customize... > "general" tab > then select large icons

that is already selected, somewhere there is a different place about menu bar icons, but i can't find it... (

Try Display Properties -> Appearance, and then click Advanced. Select Caption buttons in the pulldown and then change the size.

If you did mean the quicklaunch bar, then this may help

They mean that you should click on the seperator between the start button and the first quicklaunch icon, by the way.
