Dont know what this prob with my 360 is

Got my 360 around this time last year, right away it was one of the problem ones, sent it back bla bla got a new one. Had some prob's with the mlb game, but knew that was from the game, now lately with madden, after a few weeks of playin it fine i get everytime the load screen comes up tells me all my data is damaged, i ended up deleting all my madden saves restarted it all same thing, also it keeps freezing and giving me the dam dirty disk error, noy madden has been in my 360 since i got it. Does anyone think its my console actin up again?
