Sometimes my laptop doesn't want to turn on when I press the power button. It works fine when its being powered by the AC adapter, and now for some reason when I unplug the AC adapter the computer will immediately turn off and not be powered by the battery. I checked the battery and it says it is at 91% power. Sometimes I am able to turn on the laptop without the adapter, but it will turn itself off a few minutes later. I have a Compaq Evo610c.
I've tried system restore the earliest point at which I had my laptop and the problem persists.

Something might be loose inside. Uhh...maybe the battery is loose too?
