He wants those two sections on the side to be lined up with the middle section.
Are you using Dreamweaver? I bet you could manipulate the tables in it pretty easily to fix it.

ohhh I see what the difference is. Can you just 'align top' the side tables?

On the left and right table, you should have Valign="top" inside the tags.
