the "download" is your Apple software, friend.

I would actually assume it's the new Universal OS

4.0 is very stable, but speed wise your looking at 1/20 of the speed of a regular mac running osx on it.

Its worth it for programmers that want to spend time testing on multiplatforms but if you just want it for the looks just change the theme on your windows to look more like a mac.

At the end of the day its all that really matters.

I recently installed 10.4.7 on my Dell D610 laptop, all in all it went pretty smooth. Out of the box the only things that didn't work were the nic (both onboard and wireless), sound, and hw accel graphics. Very quick searches on that site got me going with everything except the wireless (IPW2200).

I must say it looks nice, and along with the coolness factor of saying I have a (near) fully functional OSX installation I'm glad I installed it. Although now that it works I don't know what to do with it ?

You can easily find a copy of JAS 10.4.7, (now maybe even 10.4.8 ) on any torrent site.
