Sooo...A friend told me about FlyaKiteOSX and figured it seemed pretty interesting. For those who don't know it's a program that gives your windows OS somewhat of a Macintosh feel.
ANYWAY...Heres my delema in a nutshell
(I own a Dell Inspiron 6000 Laptop)
Created a restore point
Installed FlyaKite
Problems-Computer is slow as crap now and Internet takes FOREVER
Tried to return to restore point
Windows won't allow the restore
Backed up files to re-write drive
(Dell laptops have the feature on boot up to hit ctrl+F11 and it will take you to a screen which allows you to rewrite everything)
Well....That doesn't work!
I have the utilities and drivers CD but unsure how to do it off that alone
My Dell warranty expired about a month ago so they are of no help....
Anyone know what i might be able to do?
I can't help you with your problem, but you could try getting Windows Vista since its very similar to Mac OSX and might have less errors/slowness.

I would suggest buying a mac next time instead of trying to make believe. PC's suck...
