Canucks?

Hey there,

I was just wondering is the 123 network open to Canadians? I read in their HELP section that you have to be a citizen of the U.S., but does that include for PayPal prizes as well? I understand networks' desire to not want to ship stuff out of the U.S., but most do PayPal international.

So, can anyone give me a clear answer as to whether or not this network would allow Canadian customers for even just PayPal prizes?

We require users to be U.S. residents (citizenship is not required). This applies to all users -- including those who are only interested in being someone else's referral.
