In an effort to maintain our leadership in customer service we are pleased to announce our new on-site support service. Users in select cities (initially Chicago, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, New York, and Seattle) can now open a support ticket and request on-site support. One of our local representatives will then call to arrange a time to meet.
We hope to expand this service to other cities later this year.

They made a house call to me last night...to bad it was a bad one...they traveled to my house to "help" me but in turn pushed me to the ground and put a mean "hold" on me =(
