I'm sure the support on the YGF network is just as good, if not better, than the time when I was working as support for them.
One random point to add, though, is that on the main YGF page (www.yourgiftsfree.com) and in the archives, the dates all show as the current date. I thought you would have fixed that by now ;). I know that often caused confusion with people, so you may want to make a note of it at the top of the pages so that users know that it is an issue.
