My Account is on hold for the wrong reason

this is what happened I made a mistake. I forwarded the e-mail that I got in my e-mail about the new sites and freegreen promotion to a second e-mail address . when I signed up using the second e-mail address I must have forgotten that I already signed up using the first e-mail address It was an honest mistake of me mixing up my e-mail addresses. forward it to the ADMIN please ASAP again I'm real sorry I made a mistake. I really forgot cause on the second e-mail address I can't even remember the password. plus i didn't do any offers on it.And I sent a support ticket almost a month ago about this and still no response and my account is still on hold. (
guys please straighten this out.

hey margot. its dennis. i still haven't gotten any message from the admin yet about my account. we been going back and forth trying to get the admin to look into my situation and put my account off hold. can you please tell him. i don't want to log in and get into trouble if i am not suppose to. i would send a support ticket but i cannot log in account from my present address. thanks again

It's been a month still no response. I tried contacting him on aim but anytime he's online and I IM him he signs off like he's avoiding me. whats the deal here. it's as though he knows I'm right but dosen't want to take me off hold. thats it I might complain to the BBB cause this has been taking way too long.No support ticket should take this long

The BBB can do (and will not do) anything about it. Look at all the negative feedback they got regarding Gratis/Freepay.
