Support Ticket delay

Due to the large amount of support tickets submitted in the last 2 days (around 200 at the moment) and the site downtime, I must announce a small delay in support ticket responses. All questions will be answered, and all free credits will be earned, it will just take a little longer than the usual 24 hour time frame, but no longer than 72 hours.

This delay should only be in place for a day or two at the most, but I will update this thread when I am back on schedule. Thanks everyone for your patience and support in this situation.

While this thread has only been viewed about 50 times, I still have people asking me why I haven't responded to their tickets within 24 hours.

I regret to say that tickets are still delayed at this point. However, the good news is that almost all the free credits have been given out, which is what has been causing most of the delays in answers. I'm hoping that this is completely resolved by the end of the weekend, or pretty close to it.

An update As of 1030 PM, all free credits have been credited. Any ticket submitted asking for free credit that has not already been answered did not make the 250 AM 8/9 deadline, and they can expect to be declined as I get to them.

Tickets will definitely be back on track with the general 24 hour response system by tomorrow night. Thank you.

As of this post, all tickets have been answered. I am back on my normal schedule of answering within 24 hours, if not faster.
