CHAOS: HOLDS, NO RESOLUTIONS, MISPLACED OFFERS

First, let me welcome you on board, YGF Bill! I hope your presence will make a difference this site needs.
There is chaos going on here at YGF. Several issues seem to be happening
My referal has been put ON HOLD although she completed all offers (currently at 2.5 without the extra offer). The reason being given is that she did an offer twice. She didn't but was credited for an offer she never did. She is not the only one. Couple of weeks ago, I was credited for an offer I didn't do and after I reported it, it was revoked. What is strange is that the same offer I was credited for happens to have been completed by my referral 2 days earlier. Coincidence? When I contacted YGF Admin, he questioned my assertion that it belongs to my referral. My logical conclusion comes from what is common between the misplaced offer and I, it's the referral who did the exact offer. This referral is held at 1.5 because of that. Look at the response of people who are complaining about the same issue! Something is wrong somewhere, nobody is making this up.
Let me be the first to admit that no system is error-proof, because human and computers are error-prone. What is pathetic is not finding a way to resolve issues, or delaying resolution. Nobody would be posting thread complaining if YGF was prompt in resolving issues, not letting complaints build up over weeks to months. These complaints don't do YGF any good. The success of this site is dependent on consumer and host site satisfaction, and when Better Business ethics are violated, this business will fail. I appeal to you, YGF to take that extra step in resolving these obvious cases. There seem to be many people encountering the same issues, and now is the time somebody acted.

Oh....be careful now, your probably going to be jumped all over on about how crediting is not the fault of YGF. Tread carefully.

Please stay out of threads that don't involve you or your account, and let YGF support handle it.

I think you mean to welcome YGF Henry, who has just joined the team, but has been on the forum for years.
Also, your issue is in support tickets, which I keep trying to work out with you (well, I send them to the admin, and act as a buffer). Posting on all the forums probably won't get this resolved faster, unfortunately.

Of course, I meant YGF Henry, and you should know that I know you have been here for a while.
If posting a thread about YGF issues would result in my issues getting delayed, I take that as a threat. BBB deals with such business ethical issues. You have even responded on my support ticket questioning how long it is taking to get my issues resolved. It has been more than 2 weeks since asking for resolutions of my referrals, and before that it was payment that took more than a month. Now you are threatening me to be silent when none of my issues are resolved? What kind of business are you guys running here? Why can't you get YGF Admin not to ignore issues leading to complaints. If our complaints on support ticket were resolved, nobody would be posting complaints on host sites. Forums, among other things, are for people to discuss trading issues, and failure by a site to deal with its customers' issues is also welcome here. The best reflection of a company is doing is by looking in the mirror of the customer complaints.

Easy, Mbulelo. He didn't threaten you with a delayed response if you post in the forums. He said it won't get things resolved any [i26f70be4aa]faster[/i26f70be4aa].
YGF is a reputable site that will work things out with you if you give them a chance. Hurling unfounded accusations and threats yourself isn't going to do anything but get yourself in trouble, whether at YGF or here. Just take it easy, be patient but deliberate, and I'm sure things will get looked at. I've seen YGF reverse many holds that were investigated and determined to be erroneous, so I have no reason to believe this would be any different, if in fact it's erroneous.
BTW, you keep mentioning the BBB like it's a major threat to freebie sites. It isn't. Most freebie sites don't have business licenses and aren't members of any BBB, nor do 99.9999% of their customers even check with the BBB before signing up. Even the big ones like Gratis/Freepay who are large corporations with BBB memberships don't seem to be overly concerned with BBB complaints. So you aren't going to motivate any site to jump to your aid from a BBB threat.

Dmorris was right on. I wasn't threatening you, and I'm surprised you thought that. I was just saying that it wouldn't get it fixed faster ... that's like complaining that it isn't night yet. I can complain, but it won't make it come any sooner.

I know this doesn't concern me, but have a bit of constructive input/advice for all with issues such as this...don't yell at me YIKES!!! wink
Simply put If a reputable site such as YGF states they are looking into an issue, and will attempt to straighten things out asap, they will. If they need further information, they will ask for it. Putting in multiple support tickets asking the same questions over and over only delays things, as this is extra time they have to spend to reading and responding. This happens 24/7, and there is only so much anyone can do in the time they have in a given day.
You are not the only person doing this, and what did my posting this do? It took away from their time (sorry guys). They have 100's of accounts to deal with (if I'm not mistaken), and if even half of the people complaining would have a bit more patience, much more would able to be taken care of much more quickly.
Good luck to you Mbulelo. wink
Much respect to YGF and MMM for all they do!
