I had two referrals ready to cash out with and then I was told that one of them was placed on hold because allegedly he had the same IP number as another member of the site and I know that isn't possible because this is the first time he's signed up for any freebie site whatsoever. There must be a mistake! My email= address is email=nomadant@gmail.comnomadant@gmail.com address is email=nomadant@gmail.comnomadant@gmail.com/email. He had to do like six offers to get 2 credits, this is just not right!

look ygf is trying his best, just because your ref did 6 offers does not mean he cannot be put on hold for having the same IP as another member

I realize that, but the guy has never signed up for this freebie site or any freebie site for that matter. This was his first experience with one and lets just say it wasn't too pleasant for him.

That's the reason. DirectWay routes the connection through proxy servers. Have him open a ticket and explain this. Others who had this problem with satellite internet have managed to get their holds reversed in some cases.

I was right when I thought it had to do something with his internet service.

While the answer was already given by Dmorris, I will add that I responded to your ticket, nomadant, and yes, it does appear they are using a proxy.

I've asked the admin to look into the matter for you, I believe, but I'm not sure if anything can be done for them in this matter.

Oh I hope it can. I'll try and get in contact with him telling him to submitt a support ticket.

If it is directway, they will be taken off hold.
