And yes he can call 24/7 to see if the credit showed up, but he can also check once a day to see if it showed up - calling 24/7 won't give any different info than checking once a day.

It's especially apparent when he's the sole person who can do this as opposed to his staff members. I hope he gets his act together soon.....

I appreciate your thoughts.... but it aint even that. its the simple fact that he says hell pay me tomorrow, then 3 hrs later he says hes waiting for his credit to come in the mail b4 he sends out, WHICH MAKES SENSE. But any person over the age of 13 knows you can check anything of the sort online or call up any time because credit card comp. have someone there all the time because of CC fraud. It was a lame excuse to not give my money!
I HAVE WAITED A MONTH FOR MY MONEY, FROM A TV I HAD TO RETURN BECAUSE IT WAS FAULTY. THIS ISNT A FREEBIE SITUATION AND THATS WHAT PISSES ME OFF. Its ok, i have the return in my name. no response or no payment by Monday, ill take it to the next step. he owes me over 1800! and im not afraid to prove it.
Another thing that makes me so mad is that i stood up for him on A4f soooooo many times its not even funny. he even knows it because he would tell me what to write because hes banned
Its His Choice though, either have my money in my paypal account by monday and check his credit by phone or i assume hell have a lot more problems on his hands. Im sick of it, and my family really doesnt understand how i return a TV and i have no money back from A) the company or B) The Person who ordered it for me
