Just a Little Help Needed....

Is it not ok for one of your referrals to live in the same building? I live in a huge 8 story high rise in Downtown LA and we both live in SEPERATE UNITS, with SEPERATE COMPUTERS and Internet Service Providers. We dont even live on the same floor.
My account was put on hold for "Multiple Accounts". When in fact I only have 1 account. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Should be handled by a support ticket, explain your situation to the owner and see what he thinks.

I have left your ticket open so the Admin can look at it, but the bottom line is that your IP matches theirs, and so I don't know if your hold will be removed. Like I said, though, the Admin will let you know for sure. I can't really help you in this matter.

The IP does not match. That can be proved too. There is no way. We live on seperate floors and we have seperate computers, and even service providers.

Just wait until the Admin gets back to you, either here or on your support ticket, and we can go from there. That's the best advice I can give you.

Indeed ... I apologize. It is your physical address which matches, not your IP (at least not to the user that you are on hold for matching). Been a long day, with lots of tickets.

OK so no response yet. Several people have PMed me regarding this matter. I got a little weary so I googled YourGiftsFree only to find several cases where people were claiming the owner scammed them. I dont like where this may be headed.
