YGF used to be soo good in the beginning, especiallly support. As of now, Its so hard to want to start more of their sites as of late. Allforone has been such a pain. None of my offers credited, the one that I submitted for manual 5 days ago still hasnt been read, even though it says one day, and I have someone stuck on .75. Their support used to always be online, and would always look into your account right then and there. Granted they have become one of the most popular sites out there, they should hire more support then if they cant keep up. YGF bill is great, but he doesn't have as much inside access as ygf owner does, which used to be so easy to get help. I know instant crediting is being implemented, but what about all the crap we've had to go through before that? Anyone else agree? I just want my offers to credit, my referrals to get credit, and for ygf be one of my favorite sites again.

YGF is going through a slump right now because the owner went on vacation. Crediting and shipments have both been delayed. I'm hoping the owner will get back into the spin of things soon, get some shipments out and fix any problems there may be.

Yes, Bruman is correct. If you want statistics, we have 70 accounts to verify and sent out over 40 gifts between yesterday and the day before. All manual crediting is now up to date, and after these most recent accounts are checked, manual credit requests will begin to be looked at on a personal level. Bill has really stepped up for us this month, and it's very appreciated.
Remember still, if anyone has any concerns or questions, feel free to open a support ticket, or just send out a PM on here so we can personally look into your account for you.

As of less than 12 hours ago, we still had over 300 MCRs to go through, so the Admin really burned through them while I was out.

Also, to the comment about AIM support being a little lacking, I will admit that I have not been on as much recently. I do try my hardest to get back to everyone's support tickets within 24 hours, but sometimes there are things I can't answer or handle and I have to leave them for the Admin. I will continue to do what I can to try and ensure that all of our users have the best experience that they can with our sites.
