Also, I should add that I am not completely familiar with all the particular questions that some people ask, so while I will try to answer your questions within 24 hours (and often much faster), there will be some questions I won't be able to answer until I speak with the Admin, so please keep that in mind if you don't hear back from me within 24 hours. I'll PM you or catch you on AIM if I know which user sent in the support ticket to let you know it was received, though.
However, I will continue to be as helpful as I can, both in support for YGF and here (where applicable).

Chill out, site owners have lives too. He usually always pays out within a day or two, not many other sites can say they do that. Waiting one time for a week or so isn't that big of a deal.

When sites advertise 1-2 business days for approval, that's what it should take. The fact that other sites don't offer this is not my problem--I'm completing Yourgiftsfree, not another site.
Secondly, I understand owners have lives---I have one too. I also have obligations. So, waiting another week would be a big deal to me. I specifically decided to complete YGF [b9713038255]because [/b9713038255]of their quick payouts.
Thirdly, I don't believe I asked for your input. I was responding to the owner's thread, so with all due respect, mind your business. It's not for you to decide what is or isn't a big deal for me.

It's a public forum, open to public discussion. If you sent a private message to him, then yeah, I can understand minding my own business on the subject. Obviously you wanted it to be made known to the public that you had an issue with him going out of town for a week.

I was addressing payout issues and asking if payouts would be taken care of after he returned or during the week. He stated orders would be delayed, but gave no specific time frame. I've been in contact with his YGF support member, Bill. I also contacted the site owner through PM and he said he would take care of my order shortly---but I've heard nothing since--hence, the reason I brought this up in the "public" forum.
Yes--this is a public forum. But, when the response obviously has nothing to do with you, there's no need to comment unless you want to stir the pot. Also, a more constructive comment (such as support for my situation or perhaps a less condescending response than the one you put forth) would have been happily accepted and responded to in kind.
Long story short--mind your own business. Everyone has a different situation and a different set of circumstances that prompt them to take action.

Although it has been mentioned (and most of the people in this thread are aware), the support aspect of YGF is still fully online. I know I can't assist in the orders or offer crediting, but I can offer peace of mind or help with any questions that you may have.

Thanks for the support. I know it's a pain--and I can empathize as we both know. Hopefully we get taken care of soon--I've never had issues YGF and still don't. I posted in the hopes of having my order taken care of early.

I understand that it is against your TOS for this to be allowed, however I wanted to ask that you reconsider in this situation. I can guarantee you that I would never intentionally get myself in this situation...the problem is that I work on several computers and don't keep track of which one I used to complete offers and what happened is my mom was at my house and did some work and it ended up that the IP was duplicated. However, you wouldn't believe how many orders and credits came in over that week ... (the answer is hundreds). And as he's the only one who handles those things, you can imagine how long it can take to process all of those things.

As to when they will find out, hopefully it will be within that 7 day timeframe, but I can't offer an official answer.
