Why would your referrals be affected?

Hey YGF, I do not have an account yet, but I was reading on your site that "all accounts placed on Hold have effects on all referral accounts that they signed up under". I was wondering if you can clarify some more, what those "effects" are.

If your ref gets put on hold you can't get credit for him/her.

Right.. Oh wait, I think he means that since this is a network, you can be a ref for diff people on each site, and everyone across the network will lose an "on hold" account as a referral. From the wording, it sounded like if you go on hold all your referrals are affected.
