We would like to let everyone know that we do NOT require a W-9 at all for any amount on our site(s) any longer. For example, if you get $1000 on one site, that means you do not need to send a W-9. You are responsible for reporting your earnings. Please contact us if you have any questions.

No, they will not receive a 1099, no form.

they aren't required by law to do so. Basically all a W-9 does is sit in a file cabinet for absolutely no reason anyway.
