My Credit request was denied!

To get manual credit, your request must fit these credential's.

1.) When you submit for manual credit, it must be 7 or more days since you did the offer.

Can one resubmit after the 7 days? I submitted sooner as I thought you went by the offer and when it was suppose to credit. My mistake.
