I am a newbie and asked for a credit without submitting the full headers in my first request. I completed my offer from godaddy but was just refused credit the second time after submitting full headers this time. I probably did something wrong again but just want to get through this little obstcale and get greened. Am open to any advise. Thanks in advance

Did you wait 7 days?

Yes the offer was initiated on the 8th of March. The first request with the incomplete headers was submitted on the 15th and the followup request was made yesterday and refused today. I will be happy to send you copies of the webpage if you think that would help. Thanks in advance

Did you purchase the first 12 months in advance? That is what is required of the offers, as noted in the mouseover description.

If that was the offer then it was certainly me that was in error. I subscribed to a monthly obligation that seemed to be represented as an annual term. Thanks for your explanation.

Is a 7 day wait required? I just submitted a credit request for an offer that was supposed to credit within a day. I submitted the request the next day when it had not credited yet. It was denied, and I have no clue why. I have followed proper protocol to the letter. Could it be because I have to wait a week before submitting a credit request? I did not read that in the TOS, but maybe I missed it.

Yes, you must wait 7 days. This is because if the credit does not come in in the first day, it may come in within those 7.
