I was just wondering what the deal is with recieving credit on your no credit card site. i have had 18 referrals sign up under my link...and all but 1 or 2 of them claim to have completed an offer. I only have 5 greens. I assume some of them are probably rushing through for quick pay and may not be completing everything they need to...but something doesn't seem right. I recieved 5 greens with the first 8 or 9 sign-ups i had, but have had 7 referrals since feb. 7th and not one of them has recieved credit. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Hi,

Our No CC site is having A LOT of fraud. So some credits are not credited by the advertiser, and some users do not complete the offer fully. Remember, as soon as you click the offer it is OUT of our controls.

But, YourGiftsFree, that is really [bb7881ba577]not[/bb7881ba577] true. You have a contractual commitment from the advertiser, and [bb7881ba577]you[/bb7881ba577] have the leverage to make sure they live up to the commitments. They have made commitments to you, and you, by advertising them and their credit, have made commitments to us. If we fulfill the terms of the offer and don't fraud it, then you have a responsibility to see that we get the credit in a reasonable time.

And if you have affiliates that are refusing to live up to their commitments to you, then you have a responsibility to drop them.

Dave,

As soon as the offer is clicked it is in the hand of you and the advertisers. I am sending the no credit reports in, that is ALL I can do. Offers not crediting can be the users fault (with browser settings), or the advertisers. I am doing everything I can.

I neither believe that nor accept it as a satisfactory answer. It may be all you [b20d774267f]choose[/b20d774267f] to do, or all you [b20d774267f]want[/b20d774267f] to do, but I do not believe it is all you [b20d774267f]can[/b20d774267f]do.

I will say it again, all site owners like myself can do is forward the confirmation e-mails, and keep asking. We cant force them to credit us. Anyway as Ive said, we are getting a new affiliate soon.

How about getting them on the phone and saying, "Why aren't you crediting this?", so that they HAVE to answer you instead of just not responding?

How about having my lawyer contact their lawyer and saying "Why aren't you complying with the terms of your contract?"

That's two things for starters. I'm sure that a program admin that gave a [expletive deleted] about his customers instead of just his own profit could come up with more.

The way the system is set up, there is tremendous financial incentive for the site owner NOT to insist that his affiliates fulfill their commitment. I have 4 referrals who have gone green, so he has gotten his compensation for them from the affiliates. But as long as he doesn't get me and my remaining 3 referrals the credit we're entitled to, he pays out nothing. Something for nothing is a winning formula in any business. Or, in an alternate scenario, I eventually get frustrated and do another offer, for which he (YGF) gets compensation. And then, after it no longer does me any good or costs him anything, he gets his long overdue credit from my first offer. Either scenario is a win for him.

Again, all I can do (and I am doing) is keep asking them. If it doesn't credit, we do NOT get paid.

Thanks

"[ba114c90ba0]keep asking[/ba114c90ba0]" So how often are you asking them, and what do they say when you ask them?

I don't expect you to credit it me if you don't get paid. That would be business suicide. But I [ba114c90ba0]DO[/ba114c90ba0] expect you pursue that credit with the same enthusiasm that your customer would if he or she were the one with the leverage. I expect you to [ba114c90ba0]DEMAND[/ba114c90ba0] that they either credit it or give you a valid reason why not. And if they HAVE given you a reason, then tell me what it is.
