What does it take?

I now have 10 referrals signed up to try and get the needed five. Seems once I got to four, noone could go green on the site. Several have submitted credit requests and have been denied, some of them multiple times. What's going on here? I do not have this trouble on any other network.

Are you sure they all did offers? PM me the e-mails that should be green, along with what offers you think they did and when.

Just wondering what you had heard. You said a week ago you would know something the next day and I have not heard anything from you. My referral number is actually going down on your site. Why is your site so much harder to complete than any other site?

What do you mean going down? Also, if you are talking about why "the site is hard" crediting wise, there is nothing we can do about that. We are changing affiliates though.

By going down I mean. Tuesday I had the 5/5 referrals I needed for the $200 pp. I submitted. One of my refs was put on hold so I was down to 4/5 (the account put on hold has been a referral of mine several times and have never had a problem) now, I look and I'm at 3/5. No one else on hold, just credit dropping off. And you told me you would get back to me in a day or two on the others that should have gotten their credit a week ago and I've heard nothing. What gives?

The reason your credit went down without any one on hold is because their was a little glitch that added .5 credits up, it was fixed. The affiliate still has not put any through, I am talking to him now though.

So what your saying is that person never actually got that .5 that they were showing and the "glitch" was not realized until a month later when I submitted for approval?

They always had the .5, but there was a recent glitch that added different referrals .5's up.

You're kidding this time right? We fix the problem and I submit again and you put a different user on hold? This was one of my original greens. You couldn't have let me know about the hold when you denied the first order request and put a user on hold? Then you take away a credit, give it back and I submit again to find you have put another user on hold that has been green through all this. What kind of crap is this? Come on, don't be like this.

Once we put a user on hold and you do not have enough refs any more, the script automatically denys it.

I understand that, but it stops at one you need to ammend your script. If there are multiple accounts that will go on hold, you shouldn't let the user believe the other accounts are still good.
