nedd help on placing order

Hi,

I went to place order for 30.00 paypal on your noncreditcard site.
When i place the order it takes me back to the order screen. Is this normal or am i suppose to see some sort of comfirmation screen?

Is there an option field on the order page?

there is but it is blank. i opened up a support ticket. then i went back and selected the blank field and it let me continue with the order.
i then went back and closed the support ticket.
